Clickingz IT Solutions, LLC Fahad Hassen and Mark Andrews conspired to make the project late. They kept coming back to me 4 and 5 times for information already provided. They kept asking me where the North Highland Way was when I had already provided the information. Fahad Hassed in particular was very rude and aggressive and could not accept that I had the technical ability to understand what he was talking about. Clearwater Florida

Fahad Hassen and Mark Andrews conspired to delay the project to such an extent that it is now unusable. We do not have the promised theme. They did not respond to emails unless I pressed them, Fahad in particular was rude and aggressive, I had to repeat myself several times before any action was taken. I have paid almost 900 dollars for an unusable web site.
They demanded that I come to Skype at 5am GMT, they could not follow simple instructions. They could not and still refuse to provide the agreed functionality. Fahad in particular refused to acknowledge that I had any technical knowledge at all despite me having a BSC Hons in Computing (which I explained) and my partner being an engineer. While there were problems with FTP, this did not need resolution until the development work was done, and this they refused to do.
I would not recommend that anyone has any dealings with this company. They start out helpful and knowledgeable but as the project progresses, they cannot deliver without severe pressure. I am in Scotland, so no state can be provided.

Dear Readers,
Let me first address this specific issue with the project. A project was submitted to us and the project manager for this project, Mark, had agreed that the project will be delivered within 30 days, which I, as the owner, did approve.
A funny thing here was, the client's FTP was not working, despite her strong whining that it does work, which went on for a week. Since we do not put off development, we did development on the company server and finished the project within 30 days as agreed, and presented to the client.
So the project was complete on time, and client asked for further feature requests and modifications, and all completed within another month, and I can only transfer the contents WHEN the client's hosting account does work. I offered her an alternative option of hosting free with us for 3 months, which she refused.
As any programmer would know, the project timeframe initially agreed to, would be to complete the project as a shown demo and for agreed upon specifications. Once the feedback is received, it does take a little while to get the things finished.
All in all, project is now completed WITH the suggested changes, which is still not even 2 months! And as for wht I charged, is a very reasonable price.
I cannot disclose further details unless the client agrees to, but I am sure she will feel very satisified with the work done within just 2 months.
I thank the client here, and she is always very welcome to write back to me / call us anytime.
