CLS-Trials Free Trial offer to this company means....give me your credit card number and we'll bilk you for as long as we can Denver Colorado

An offer for Garcnia Cambogia popped up on my FB page and like an idiot, I responded.  I figured...what the heck, free trial offer for $4.95 S&H.  I put in my Discover Card # and received a bottle of pills.  I tried them out, noticed no affect at all and thought I was done. 

A couple of months later while checking my Discover Card bill, I found a charge for $104.00 from CLS-Trials.  I called Discover card and they investigated.  I had been charged for 2 months and had not received any product. After calling Discover, I did receive a package from CLS. Apparently CLS is the name of the company behind the offer.  I do not remember seeing that at the time I responded to the offer.  Discover card came back and said it was a legitimate charge and sent me info on this company.

I called the company.  I was told that when I signed up for the free offer I agred to have this product sent every month unless I called and cancelled.  I said no where in the ad was that stated.  The supervisor told me it was on the website and it was the consumers responsibility to go to the website and find it.

When I asked if I could return the bottle that I received, I was told that because I had disputed the charge, I would not be given credit if I returned the bottle. 

In other words.  If you challenge this company, they will not give you credit for the return.

Be Careful......the person I spoke with was a supervisor who was training a new operator on how to scam the public
