Sold lies,cheated, changed original terms of contract and size of unit.  I have been a member since 2003 and have had problems before, but this time I can't get any response to my phone calls or emails from anyone at either Club Navigo, Island One or the persons who did my supposed upgrade, but gladly took my money.I have been trying since November 2012 to get something done.

Please help!

Island one Club navigo, Karen Kraftcheck we bought this in 2001 the fees increased each year, we gave it back it 2008, they couldn't find the quit claim deed, in 2011 we received a letter from a collection agency wanting 3 x's the amount what we owed. kissimmee Florida
