The Club Sunset in Cancun offered us a 100 weeks at $399 or less at 4 or 5 star locations as we ddi not want to come back to Cancun. We were shown a website with the hotels we wanted to stay at. When we got home it was a different website and the hotel we were promised was not there. We offered crappy 3 star locations that we do not want. We immediately ask for a refund and were told despite what we may have been promised on paper all we were buying were 10 stays in cancun at their place. We stated clearly we did not want to come back or stay there. We wanted the Princeton Westin Kauai specifically which they showed us on their site as always having availability. Please help us out to get a refund.

We apologize for the confusion which seems to have been caused by the sales agent when explaining the benefits of your Pura Vida membership.    Your Pura Vida Lifestyles membership provides one week of accommodations per year for 10 years at a Sunset World resort in Cancun, which is the 10 weeks to which you are referring.  These weeks are the main component of your Pura Vida Lifestyles membership.  Should you not wish to return to Cancun yourselves, these weeks can be easily transferred to a friend or family member.  An additional benefit of being a Pura Vida Lifestyles member is your enrollment in the Ice Platinum Rewards Program for two years.  The annual fees for the first two years which are applicable to your membership in the Ice Platinum Rewards Program are paid by Pura Vida Lifestyles.  The Ice Platinum Rewards Program is a membership program which provides you with benefits exclusive to members such as:  Great Resort Getaway weeks as well as discounts on cruises, airfare, car rental and tours.  There is no limit to the number of Great Resort Getaway weeks you may take advantage of while enrolled in the Ice Platinum Rewards Program, but we believe that this is the 100 weeks at $399 or less to which you are referring.  We hope that this response helps clarify your member benefits.  We, as a company, strive to provide exemplary customer care and service and urge you to contact Pura Vida Lifestyles members services at 866-861-6170 Ext. 6132 or via email to: memberservices@puravidalifestyles.com for any additional information or for answers to any further questions you may have.
