I've been doing business with ClubFlyers for about 3 years now. Ordered SEVERAL business card orders, flyers, even banners. ON My last order the print came up really small, when I called and tried to work it out with them I got nothing but excuses from them. Their customer service agent even told me their "proof" is not set up to give you a preview of their work but to make sure you uploaded the right file! Huh? So they DO NOT stand behind their work but are willing to have you re-order? Why would I give you any more of my money or business? Sorry but you LOST this customer, great timing too, I'm about to order print for 5 different campaigns. Your Loss!

#1 UPDATE Employee

Client submitted incorrect files. We attempted to contact her repeatedly.

AUTHOR: Maria G. - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 08, 2014

I am an employee at Clubflyers.com/GTC Media who handles all of the social media accounts associated with Clubflyers.com/GTC Media. I was not the employee who helped Cyndi with her initial order issues. However, I did contact that employee when she left a negative review on our Facebook wall on Saturday, June 28, 2014.

I immediately responded to her Facebook post and asked her to message us with her client ID and order number so that we could resolve the issue with her printing. I also tried to find her contact information so I could contact her directly, however, her Facebook name is not her real name and we were unable to track her in our system.

I left "Cyn Ann" as she is listed on Facebook, four different comments, asking if she could please message us in order to help her get her files reprinted, free of charge. She did not respond to any of our attempts to contact her over the course of a week.

Because we had no response and no way of verifying who this customer was, or a way of finding out what her information was so we could track this issue on our end, and because she did not reply to our multiple attempts to contact her, we deleted her comment on our wall after a week.

We saw this review and we assigned a team to go through all of our orders during that time frame and we cannot find an order placed under either her name as it is listed here or the name her Facebook account is listed under. We cannot get the details of her order without more information from Cyndi.

As for her order, if Cyndi uploaded files to print that had very small font, we would not have made changes to that font. As a printer, we never modify our client's print-ready files unless they specifically ask that we do design work for them. We ask that our clients upload their files and when they do, we give them an online proof that shows that both files–one for the front and one for the back–were uploaded properly. This ensures that the client does not upload two of the same files to print.

When Cyndi uploaded her files, she would have seen an online proof. At that time, she would have had the option to request a full-color proof be sent to her so that she could verify exactly what her files would look like when printed. If Cyndi did not request a color proof, and approved her files as is, we would have we printed them as is.

Because we understand that Cyndi was not happy with the printing of her files, we are willing to work with her and offer her a free reprint of her files. She would just have to contact us and submit new, corrected files with the right-sized font and we would be happy to print and ship them to her, free of charge. We understand that sometimes problems happen in the design process, and as is our customary practice, we are always willing to work with our clients to get their corrected files to print.

Our attempt to contact her four times on Facebook and now, here on this website, is evident that we are neither in the business of “ripping” people off, or in the habit of doing bad business. We welcome Cyndi to contact us so that we may remedy this situation.
