I found an ad on Craigslist looking for Property Preservation Subcontractors. I was called by Matthew and emailed a new hire packet. Matthew began sending me work right away even without me having the supplies he said I needed. I ordered the kit that he said I'd need from MFS Supply spending over $120. I was did thousands of dollars of work for this man, and traveled further than what I should have gone; was told I would be compensated in gas for doing extra and was only ever paid $145. Pay was sent in the form of a Money Order purchased from Weis. Matthew is very disrespectful and talks to you like a dog. Everytime you turn around he was changing the way things were supposed to be done; I spoke to him on the phone one time and had him talk me through completing a job step for step and yet he still told me I did it wrong and I wasn't paid. The last time I asked about payment he told me "They are challenging your requests and completions. I have already started the process. Senior Management has to make the decisions. Waiting on them now." That was on January 12, 2012 as of today February 7, 2012 I have yet to hear anything. I am still waiting for payment on my very first job completed that was done in October 2011. When you call or email him asking questions he gets very rude and nasty. There were lots of late nights spent making sure that all work was done and uploaded properly and lots of problems caused in the office because this man was saying things were done wrong. I have all email communications saved.

I have been working as a Sub-Contractor (National Management Enterprises) for the past 1.5 years. The owners obviously ignore the slander against them as we have read. During my contracted time with Construction Management Ind. L.L.C., we have been consistantly paid each week. Mr. Dearman in KY (Dearman Construction L.L.C.) has been employed with Construction Management Ind. L.L.C. for 6 months and has been consistantly paid weekly as directed by our contracts.
Those that have reported Construction Management as a bad company; I have first hand knowledge they did not honor their signature in contract. We were assigned their work to complete. They ignored their non-contact and non-compete agreement by trying to hire my company to work for them which is a slap in the face to CMI L.L.C. because CMI L.L.C. taught these contractors from ground up how to work and make a profit within the business.
Reporting Construction Management Ind L.L.C. for something they did not do per written contract is illegal and wrongful slander. We are still working, Dearman is still working and are doing well.
