Several years ago my husband was diagnosed with a rare inoperable tumor. His medical bills ran us so far into debt that we ended up in bankruptcy. After buying a vehicle from Dan Nelson's Auto, we found we had been cheated, lied to, and put much further in debt with a vehicle that now barely runs. Our story is too long to tell here but I had information I felt many would be glad to hear. This week the Iowa Attorney General, Tom Miller, filed suit against Dan Nelson's Automotive, CNAC, J.D. Byrider, and Victory Properties LLC charging them with fraudulant and misleading practices. Dan Nelson is 75% owner of all these businesses using CNAC to finance vehicles sold through his dealerships using fraudulant practices. The Iowa Attorney General is asking that anyone feeling they have been taken advantage of by these companies contact his office.
