This company is basically pulling off a SCAM by preying on individuals. What they have done is copied the entire bankruptcey database in the United States and posted all that information on their website. Their website has meta tags that gets picked up by search engines. If you type in your name, it WILL appear in search engines with YOUR personal information declaring your bankruptcey report. This can be extremely negative to someone.
Now we all should know this information is free to the public BUT, it is NOT posted to search engines. It's actually not easy to find as you need dates and other information. So bankruptreport.com has all their information on people posted to search engines for one reason. This company just sits and waits for individuals to contact them on removing information. This is when the SCAM company offers to remove for a fee of $311!.... This is a classic scam. They will send you an email with a link https://secure4sales.com/BankruptReport-SSL/form-399.html?REMOVEL-ID?=bankruptreport
Now if you decide to tell them that they're running a scam they simple send a reply stating OFFER WITHDRAWN.
This company needs to be shut down.
