I did finally get my bag. It is by far the worst purchase I ever made. It is a plastic piece of garbage, not even close to a Coach bag. The zipper is off, there was plastic wrapped on the handles, and it came in a whiite Coah bag, not brown. I tried cancelling my order to no avail. I was told that slander would not be accepted. My card was charged $74.00. Never again, run as fast as you can in the other direction. Also, this website does not post bad reveiws. This rebuttal is for all the negative reviews in referrence to this website. I have a feeling www.coachdiscountonline.com has hacked into this report website. The password that was given to me was very similiar to the password that I am complaining about. Also, some of my info was already there when I tried top register.
