be aware of coldwell banker sunstar realty in port charlotte fl . they are not there to help you they are there to make money only, even if they sell you a house that is not fit to live in. they took my $1000.00 deposit which they said would be returned to me if i did not want the house. the agent tryed to force me to buy the house even after the inspector found serious problems with the house by saying now i would loose my $1000.00 deposit. usaa recommended them to me and i complained to them about the realtor and their attitude was "O WELL" i am finished with these people to i guess i should check Angies list or ripoff report first.  Thank You For Listening do not get ripped off by these two groups think long and hard about it before you do business with these two businesses
