  # 1. The Mayor has finally admitted that the City is quickly going broke. He blames it on lost revenue . I will agree and give him that one,  revenue money coming in is down anyone can see that. But he fails to mention that poor leadership has also got them in the financial bind they are in,  if he was a an honest guy he would admit that the buck stops with him. The abortion idea of the EDC is the main thing that took you down. They lost so much money it is pathetic anyone could have seen that the ideas they came up with were going to fail. I personally feel only one person on the board had good intentions the rest were greed driven.It was almost like failure was their goal. Lastly stop listening to the Mayor Pro Tem either relieve him of his duties or just plain stop listening to him. He has been detrimental  in your failure. You need to make some changes " insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." BE A LEADER that is what a Mayor does. Do it now maybe you can leave your term a success and not a failure. Regardless who you listened to you will get the blame in the end as you are the Mayor

SOLUTION:   Dissolve the EDC now Moore before it is to late. Take that tax money back you need it. You can have a (only this time have a professional group) Economic Development Committee when times are good . Right now you need to concentrate on saving this City and save the empire from total collapse.If you do not do this now failure is inevitable.

# 2. As far as your threats from Noell I would have gone with your first impulse not even mentioned it. His threats mean nothing to us. He also is a part of this failing City he is giving you bad advice just like he did in this statement all he did was "stir the pot" . Look at his past record I can send you 6 cases he lost just from a quick Google search his track record is not good. Does he think he is the only Attorney in the U.S. of A. I guess he does. I know my Attorneys would rip him apart. Remind him for me anyone can file charges and he cannot stop that with any lawsuit. Now he can refute the charges legally that goes without saying. But I guarantee you if I file a charge against you , the City, Noell or anyone it will be backed with proof and will stick. Noell is getting you in so much trouble it is not even funny. If Noell gets a
charge all he has to do is prove it is a false charge then no harm is done but if it sticks then he has a problem. this is what bothers him he knows there has been wrong doings in the City Of Coffee City and he knows he cannot defend it .
He knows what is coming. Citizens can file charges all they want it is a right given to us and Noell cannot take that right away. Can he fight the charges of course he can. If he wins good job ! All is good for him but he can never take
away freedoms from the American people.  Noell should know by now that intimidation & threats will get you no where knowledge and credibility will persevere every time. Take it to the bank and deposit it!

SOLUTION: Get you another City Attorney who is familiar with Class B Municipal Government and does not give advice " off the cuff."  Do this now !  Be a leader.

# 3. As far as the Auditor not doing another audit for Coffee City well of course not !! He is under a very serious investigation. He did the audit for $ 11,000.00 not as favor to you. Come on wake up!  Moore the way this works is and you may know this from your previous employment an organization as big as the Texas State Board Of Public Accountancy - Investigative Unit they DO NOT even take a case unless they see something in the audit that looks criminal or unethical . Well they took the the case ! Will it turn out bad for the Auditor and City Hall well of course it will. The audit displayed some actions being taken by individuals that should have not taken place. THEY ALREADY  HAVE THE AUDIT IN HAND !  HELLO !



SOLUTION:  Do not put  yourself  in these situations if you need
more training on how to run a Mayoral position do so , if your not sure about
something get someone you trust to advise you, if it was intentional you deserve
what you get.  Do this now ! Be a leader.

# 4. You being misinformed causes other people time and extra work even the Frankston Citizen has to clarify where laws are broken by your comments just to keep them out of hot water. Again either lack of knowledge or being misinformed which is it ?? The Frankston Citizen was not notified of any council workshop as required by law.  That is pathetic.    to study ordinances proposed by an ordinance committee headed by Gullekson he is no committee- violation again.

SOLUTION : At the January council meeting stand up and tell the citizens that when you took this position I thought I was qualified , but now I know I could use some more training to perform this job to the best of my ability.In addition I surrounded  myself with some bad influences I see that now. I offer my sincere apologies for my short sightedness . It all stops here tonight starting this meeting I am going to be making some big changes and start taking this City
in a positive direction. I will look forward to having you the citizens behind me and supporting me it is time for us to go to work in a positive/constructive manner to save this great City. Thank you, for your understanding.(Have Chris Moore standing by with oxygen your going to have people pass smooth out.)

# 5. If the CCCC website helps you then we are gracious enough to give you that perk, there is a lot of helpful information over there and laws to back it up. If that helps in your training then so be it. We are here to help.
As far as you telling us to "keep the site up" you have no say in that . Again that is a freedom guaranteed to us by the Constitution of the grand ole U.S.of A.  If it helps you appreciate/caress  what we have accomplished if it upsets
you don't look at it ! That is your rights given to you.You were not honest on that one though the State Board of Accountancy saw the site and look what has happened to you. The IRS saw it also.

SOLUTION : The day you stop learning means only one thing you are dead ! Glad we could help you. Continue to read  the site and learn.
