BOUGHT NEW VIPER2 IN SEPTEMBER
HAD ONLINE TRAINING THEN STARTS ALL THE PROBLEMS
IN 3 DAYS THE BELT FOR LOAD BUTTON FAILED
THEY SENT THE BELT, REPLACED MYSELF. HAD TO DISMANTLE THE ENTIRE MACHINE TO REPLACE BELT. HAVE SOME TECH KNOWLEDGE STILL I SPENT 4.5 HRS
NEXT UPLOAD BUTTON FAILED, THEY WOULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM UNTIL JOHN FROM NJ OFF. CONTACTED FL. ASKING THEM TO SEND NEW PC BOARD
HAD TO TAKE THE MACHINE APART TO CHANGE BOARD
SINCE START HAVE CONSTANT PROBLEM WITH LOAD BUTTON & MISALIGNMENT OF PRINT. WHEN CONTACTED, NEVER GOT A +VE SOLUTION
10.21.16 OPENED A NEW TICKET.TECH CONTACTED BACK. NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON, SENT PICTURES, HIS RESPONSE WAS " PARTS DEPARTMENT CLOSED, CLOSING YOUR TICKET, REOPEN NEW ON MONDAY PROBABLY SOMEBODY WILL HELP YOU WITH THE ISSUE"
IT BEEN OVER 5 WEEKS THAT I HAVE THE MACHINE, IT HAS NOT RUN SUCCESSFULLY FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED.
I AM NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TECH SUPPORT AS THEY AVOID HANDLING CRITICAL PROBLEMS.
