Collect Pros I think this company is dishonest, after reading letter posted by George ? He"s in Fl., I'm in Mo we both received same letter Carson City NV

Received letter from Collect Pros on 4/7/15, stating I owed $29.99 plus $4.95 for shipping and handling. If didn't pay by 5/3/15 the amount jumped to $54.94 . I racked my brain, never ordered anything and did not know what "Elite Coupon Deals" is?

I went to their website..asking what this was in reference to etc, never received response. called Carson City NV information for a local phone#,as noprompts on 800# to speak with agent.

i paid amount 5/1/1with credit card, then called my credit card co., told him I didn't feel comfortable they having security code on back..so we cancelled credit card, new card wb sent...the amount due wb paid..no access after.

I am furious, know somehow I was duped...stop these people is probably impossible, I shouldn't have caved!
