Collect Pros collections Pacoima California

I purchase what I thought was a sample product of skin care products for $14.95   I was then  charged three separate amounts on my credit card for over $500 dollars. The charges were pending so I was able to stop the charges and canceled the credit card.  I called the company and they said I should have read the fine print. I told them I turned them in for fraud and she stated she was sending me to collections.

I recieved the letter from Collect Pros demanding a payment in the amount of $197.72.  I tried to contact them by phone. It goes to a recording.  I tried to locate a customer service phone number but cannot find one.  I emailed and disputed the charges but was unable to print a copy for myself.  As of the 31 of May, 2016 I have not received any notification as to the outcome of my dispute.

Ater reading all the other reports on Collect Pros and the cosmetic scams, I find this is very common.
