That basically means that any system that has more than one thermostat is not covered. Period.
So why bother with these people? I only regret that I didn't find this site previously. My complaints to the Better Business Bureau weren't worth the time either, so be sure to read the user agreement and maybe hire a lawyer to to tell you that the only thing you can be sure of is the premium you will pay them.
