Ordered three watch batteries and two pairs of tweezers. Sealed package arrived containing only the tweezers. They failed to respond to my two querying messages over several days.

About the Refund

      All of the items on colorapple.com can be sent out within 24 hours after the customer placed the order. If the item is out of stock,customer service will contact the consumers and consult them want the refund or change another one.

     Colorapple can do the refund within 24 hours if the consumers ask for a refund unless customers service didn't receive the email which is about the refund. All of the staff from colorapple are tring their best to make evry customer happy.

Hello Everyone. I'm from customer service of colorapple.com

I'm wrting here on Behalf of colorapple.com to tell you something about colorapple.Colorapple is specialty gadget shop specializing in flashlights, flash carts, and lasers, where you can find the coolest gadgets over 110,000 items at the incredibly low price.Cellphones, flashlights, memory cards, USB gadgets, LEDs, Game Accessories, Wii, Nitendo, XBox 360, microSD readers, big RC helicopters.

The most point I want to tell you is we have customer service center,every customer will receive their reply within 24 hours. (here I want to point the customer who didn't get reply,the reason why they didn't get reply is maybe something wrong with the system so email was sent failed, so customer service didn't received thier email.

We are so sorry made some consumers felt unhappy,and we will improve our servcice for every customer.

As for the shipping time. we have the shipping policy below the detail pic of  each item, pls read the shipping policy before you place the order. Regular Mail (Post Office): for free shipping ,  Air Mail (with shipping insurance) and Expedited Shipping not for free shipping. Shipping time deponds on different  country. As the rule of Post Office said that there is no tracking history on website, so if you want to see the tracking history you can choose the Expedited Shipping which can deliver 3-5 workingdays. Also you can notice the tracking history in till you receive the item.

If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will contact you and suggest you change another one or get a refund if you like. Our rules is to make every customer have a nice on colorapple website. Refund Received

Have just received a refund notice from PayPal for 2 GBP. This fairly represents the cost of the watch batteries.

The unanswered question is, "Would there be a refund without my complaint on this web site and another similar site?" The answer to that question will remain unknown. However, it is possible to state that ColorApples failed to directly engage with me and their process is slow.
