According to their shipping policy product should arrive between 7 -14 days after shipping. that would have been approximately 12/8/12. I have sent several emails to the company inquiring where the contacts are or if they will arrive before christmas. They do not respond to any emails I send.
I have most recently asked for a refund because the product i am assuming is lost in the mail. They do not respond. I am reporting this in hopes that other people will see it and not order product from this company.
