colotrim.com online weight loss centers charged a service to my credit card that I did not order, fraud Ontario, California

My mother ordered the colotrim, which made her extremely ill. When ordering colotrim you are also signing up for online weight loss centers for $118.75. But they don't tell you that. And 3-day trial offer? She hadn't even received it! Then she was too sick to call and cancel. You also order, without knowing, acai energy pills.
I went to colotrim.com and printed their terms and conditions and no where does it say that you acknowledge that you are signing up for online weight loss centers for $118.75. Nor the GPL*acainutri for $84.99. She was only ordering the 30 day free trial offer. They apparently keep changing the length of their free trial offers so that you can't tract which one you ordered.
She called the phone number they gave and they offered her 50% off the product and she said she wasn't paying them anything because she didn't order it in the first place. Yoo hoo for mom!
Then she disputed the charge with her credit card company who contacted colotrim and they sent a rebuttal from Yashica Taylor, Chargeback & Dispute Department, 6455 La Jolla Blvd. Suite #151, La Jolla, CA 92037-6633 sending a copy of terms and conditions that is totally different than the one I printed out from their website.
This company is very deceitful and the employees are trained to brush you off. BEWARE!! We intend to keep fighting this.
