ON MAY 10, 2010 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AERIK EDERI ASKING FOR A LOAD OF LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND APPLE IMAC G5 COMPUTERS. AERIK ASKED FOR CREDIT ON THIS LOAD AND PROMISSED TO PAY WITHIN 15 TO 30 DAYS. HAVING DONE BUSINESS WITH HIM BEFORE I AGREED WITH HIM AND HIS PARTNER PERSONALLY GUARANTYING THE CREDIT AND SENT PAPERWORK OUT TO BE SIGNED BY AERIK AND BRUCE CLARK, PARTNERS IN THE BUSINESS. I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK FOR THE TRUCKING COMPANY AND LEFT A LETTER ATTACHED NOT TO RELEASE THE LOAD UNTIL THE PAPERWORK WAS FAXED BACK. THE TRUCKING COMPANY PICKED UP THE LOAD DESPITE THE LETTER ATTACHED AND DELIVERED TO THE COMPANY.
I CONTACTED COLUMBUS COMPUTER CONNECTION MANY TIMES TRYING TO GET THE PAPERWORK SIGNED AND TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. THIS LOAD IS FULLY CATALOGED AND I HAVE ALL THE SERIAL NUMBERS. THESE UNITS ARE CONSIDERED STOLEN AT THIS POINT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND WILL ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE DUE TO PREVIOUS BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. WHAT A WAKE UP CALL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. "DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY OR THESE PEOPLE" YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! AERIK HAS PROMISSED TO PAY THIS BILL SO MANY TIMES AND HAS STATED THAT HE WILL PAYPAL THE MONEY. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I HAVE ALSO DEMANDED THE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AND AERIK WILL NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE.
THEY DID RETURN 13 OLDER COMPUTERS AFTER MANY MANY CALLS. THEY ARE STILL IN POSSESSION OF 31 LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND 8 APPLE IMAC G5 COMPUTERS. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL TO (((email redacted))). I AM ABOUT TO REPORT THE LOAD STOLLEN AND FILE WITH THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT. I WILL UPDATE THIS REPORT AS THE PROCESS PROCEEDS. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING OR EXTENDING CREDIT OF ANY KIND.YOU COULD BE GETTING STOLLEN MERCHANDISE.
