 What com2us has done, is a repeat of what cablevision did back in the 90s, and they were forced to replace converters tothe customers at thecompanies cost and refund anyone who had already paid.

Com2us several months ago because they were understaffed had emailed anyone who had written them about bug abusers and asked these people in install a software on their droids to catch bug abusers. This required people to root their phones which voids the waranty of the phone. People who rooted their phones, had to buy other applications to make the recording software work plus many whos eyes were opened to how thier phones now worked bought more applications and dontwant to go back to their restricted phones. When com2us had hundreds of players root their phones, they accidentally opened a security flaw which allowed a very small % to cheat. Instead of blocking the flaw, a message was put into the system that displays after you pay for their services. The message states that after August 28th, all rooted droids will be blocked from the server. Now, not all android compat phones and be unrooted, plus the company itself had many customers do this to their phones and should be responsible for their actions. They could of just easly blocked the cheating programs, and instead blocked the program they had us install and paid for on our phones and tablets. They took money not just from adults, but children as well and think well just buy new phones and tablets or just unroot our equipment. Com2us should take responsibility and either remove the block or pay every client they had root their phones, for phone replacement and refund all money they have taken from customers who can no longer access thier servers due to their stupidity. Cablevision wasnt allowed to do this, neither will com2us who I am also filing small claims but due tolarge amounts of complaints may end upinclass action.
