  Quoted a very high price to fix my heating system then sent a bill for way more, which I protested...and good thing. Turns out their "work" was a complete waste of my time AND money because the heater was NOT fixed. No response from the owner or his beyond-obnoxious wife to come out and look at/fix the problem, so I sent them an email calling them despicable sociopaths who I would see in court. Their response: To call the police !!! on me. (And waste taxpayers money - which they, apparently, don't care about either. No surprise there.) No charges filed against me, of course, because my only threat was too sue them... So, that makes them not only incompetent LOSERS in my book, but complete and total a holes, as well. (And not the sharpest tools in the shed, obviously. Lots of reputable HVAC companies in this area, so my advice to everone in the LANCASTER, PA AREA - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T USE THIS PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!!
