Commerce Payment Group, LLC No refund of fee after 3 months on a cancelled acct. Hewlette, New York
I canceled my account with Commerce Payment Group since May, because they charge more than my previous CC processing company. The bottom line on the statement looks good, but they "discount" every transactions daily. When adding the "discount" and the bottom line, that the true charge to your account.
After canceled account in May, they sent me a June Statement with a PCI fee of $99.00 and $25.00 of minimum billing adjustment and $4.95 statement fee. In my contract, there is no mention of PCI fee of $99.00. My first complaint call was in mid June and the customer service agree to refund the full amount. July, they refunded $4.95 on the statement fee. Second call, another promise. Third call on 8/9/11, another promise to file for a refund. September still no full refund.
Most of the complaints for this company are true. The looong phone holding time, the un-released fund until your take action, and never return calls from customer service after the contract is signed.
