commercial fabrics made a spa cover, not to the specs. of this model , Internet

the cover was not made to the specific model,which i gave them. This model comes with a built in speaker and it was not made to fit over the speakers. Not only that but the cover is very cheap and barely fits around the edges. The straps have broken off and the cover all around just cheap. I dont know who named you one of the best but you are far from it. An upholstery shop here in vegas told me that and he made it fit like its suppose to. Basically just garbage. I would not do buissiness with them if they were the only ones available to make it. The cover is only worth about half of what they charge for it.

We manufacture our covers to the specs provided by our customers. We do not sell to the public and we did not send this to collections since you did not order the cover from Commercial Fabrics. If you ordered from a dealer or distributor, they would have provided us the specs to make the cover. the corners are also cut smaller than the radius of the spa, in other words it barely fits the corners. the lock down straps were cut very short, drain holes in cover were just punched out,no plastic round eyelit like my old cover. this upholstery man said he could have made a better cover for less money.. stitching is very poor, not in a straight line..just overall a peice of shit!!!!!
