Commonwealth financial keeps calling me asking for another person. This is the 6th time this debt has been assigned and they asked me to pay for this persons debt otherwisee the calls would continue.

I obtained a coiurt order for them to stop....but they continue to call me.

Since you have a court order, take them back to court

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

This is actually good news for you. Since you have a court order against them to stop contacting you and they have continued to call, that is a violation of the court order.

Take them back to court, get a judgment against them and seize assets if they don't pay. First thing to seize is their phone system lol....good luck. At least this way you get paid for all the harrassment.
