I am at a complete loss for what to do.  My car was destroyed by a dealership doing a ignition recall after it failed causing the vehicle to shut off while I was driving it.

My car originally shut down due to the faulty ignition.  I had to have it towed in and they did 3 recalls. I was told "if my car started after the 3 recalls were done I would be reimbursedfor any expenses paid". After the recalls were done they covered the cost of towing, and repairs. I have never been reimbursed for my out of pocket rental I kept nearly a week.

I received the car back, as soon as I started it I had major electrical issues.  I walked back in before leaving, and was told by the dealership where it had been at for 6 days, that I could leave it to be checked. But I would have to pay for it to be looked at. (I refused because the electrical system never had any issues before it was sent to them for the ignition problem). FCA set me up for a loaner, and to have the issue checked by a second dealership.

**At this dealership it was found my wiring harness connection had been pulled apart, and they reconnected it. They never checked it for any type of damage to wires that are in the harness**

About a 3 days after receiving the vehicle back this time I started having to jump start the vehicle after it sat for any period of time longer than about 14-15 hours.  I was repeatedly ignored  by FCA& commonwealth dodge all together from this point on.....

On 5/22/2016 I had the vehicle shut down a second time while driving on the highway in Ellensburg WA.  Upon talking to FCA I was instructed to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealership (which they looked up for me). I complied, and was given a 4 day time frame that this matter would be investigated.  I stayed in hotels for a week waiting, and was told if I moved my vehicle they wouldn't be responsible for anything that had happened. on May 25th I got a call from a investigator in my home state and was told they would dispatch another investigator right away due to my situation. On 5/26/16 the newly dispatched investigator calls me to inform me the upcoming holiday starts his vacation and he won't be looking at my car till 6/9. he assured me he would contact me while at the dealership so I could tell him what was going on before this accident.                                                                                                                               Over a month passed before this was finally investigated, and I never got to speak with anyone that could tell me any information about my claim.

I do not understand what I am supposed to do. . My business, and personal life has been destroyed by this matter, and they are acting like they have no responsibility in this. I have over 50 dates, times and names of people in the call center I spoke to requesting a call. All of those were also ignored.

9/5 I was assured by FCA and the dealership in WA that there was no electrical issues, the vehicle just had a old battery that went dead. i was assured it would have no issues if I replaced the battery.

I was told to pick my car up, because they're going to start charging storage, but they're not going to fix it.   I've spent thousands over the course of this. noe after I've bought a battery, got another rental, driving a 4700 mile round trip my battery died on the way home, the suspension is screwed from the accident hitting the wall on 5/22, the car went through 4 tires on one axle on the trip. Now I'm financially, mentally, emotionally drained. And have a unusable car.
