Community Aid, Inc. Favorites Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

When working at Community Aid in Mechanicsburg, PA, I saw favoratism among those employees who kiss management butt and especially Glenn Chandler butt. If you are required to take breaks according to policy when working 6 hours, it sure isn't followed by all. If you kiss management butts, you are shown favoratism. I saw it happen before my eyes. Watch out if go against management and report something that is wrong. their investigation is a joke.Their employee turnover is very high because they feel you can be replaced. They are a faith based organzation but their Warehouse Manager Chris swears a lot. Glenn and Chris are best buddies and that is a joke as well.Its pretty bad when Glenn and Chris tell you and you see it that they go though the trash and dumpsters to see if you throw out anything that is worth keeping. My God this stuff is donated for free. Heaven forbid you throw away what you think is trash.If you are thinking are working at this community Aid in Mechanicsburg,forgot it. ITS A JOKE!!!
