Called the Fountain Valley Comp USA and spoke to a technicial (his words not mine)about a laptop.
Mat stated he would put it in the back room to pick up the next day. His words they would hold for 24 hours. Drove 50 miles to pick up computer the next day.
Arrived and ask for Mat, he stated computer in back room. We were sent to Scott, who seem to be confused as to where he was much less how to treat a customer.
He had us fill out stupid paper work and tried to sell us the useless warrenty contract.
We kept asking to see the computer he just kept giving us paper work. We paid for the computer in cash and they paged the Rude, useless manager Victor Aguilar to get the computer.
Clerk pages manager to go get computer?? In about 10 minutes Scott the untrained, clerk came to us and said "I'm sorry we sold that computer this morning"!!
You can imagine how we felt and reacted. My wife ask for the manager, He is hiding somewhere in the store, after asking three or four times the manager appeared behind the counter and started helping another customer.
We tried to talk to Victor but he was rude, stupid and made it clear he did not want to talk to us. We continue to ask him questions and he became irate, I ask for our money back and he stated "give them their money so they will get the hell out of here".
This is the so called manager talking this way! Previously my wife ask for the warrenty information slip and Victor answered "I don't know where it is", when she ask him if Comp USA had a store in Georgia he stated " I don't know lady look it up on our web site".
I will never shop at another Comp USA and if anyone ever needs to receive customer service stay away from the Fountain Valley Comp USA store, Victor and his useless band of nuts only know how to provide unprofessional and rude service.
