Unpaid procuration fees amounting to over £1000. Our company recommended a trusted client to Compass so they could obtain some re-finance on a commercial property. This application had many delays due to solicitors and lenders requirements which these days is par for the course. James Austin is now refusing to pay us our share saying time scales were not met. He has been paid by both the applicant and the bank who loaned the money and despite many months of ensuring this deal completed liaising with the client we have nothing. He promised to send us a cheque at first now does not answer our calls. The word parasite springs to mind and beware other brokers you will not get paid. Over to you James for one of your childish retorts!
