compass commercial finance valuation fees not returned by this serial scam artist bournmouth united kingdom

we unfortunately crossed paths with James Austin, the supposed owner of compass commercial finance when looking to refinance two houses we own as a business.

we paid £4,650 in total for two valuations in mid April, one for each property, these valuations were supposedly for LLoyds bank and Mr. Austin informed us that he had autonomy to gather valautions for Lloyds. 

one of the valuers companies refused to deal with him or his company as he currently has numerous CCJ's against him all quite recent and they also saw the first 'rippoff report' posted here in january.

we felt there was something fishy going on so spoke directly to the LLoyds business development manager who confirmed that he had rejected our cases on 1st March! a full 6 weeks prior to us being pressured into paying for valuations!!!

Lloyds also confirmed that Mr. Austin has no authority to gain valuations on behalf of them.

Mr. Austin even had me gain an accountants reference for these 'supposed' mortgages at the end of May, which created even more costs.

since then I have had some contact with Mr. Austin who keeps bouncing cheques, 3 now in total, to me, and repeatedly lying  on so many points they just arent worth boring you with.

he has no intention of ever paying the money back. he is a cheap frauster and ON NO ACCOUNT should anyone go anywhere near dealing with this company. we have reported him and compass to the fraud department case no: NFRC130500255341. we have also reported him and the company to HMRC as he is taking monies which he obviously will not be declaring and he is taking VAT which he will obvoiusly not be repaying to the government. we are starting to speak to banks and other brokers alike to warn of his antics.

I'm sure, like all people who's design in life is to dip into innocent peoples lives and defraud them of monies, that Mr. Austin will have a raft of reasons in his rebuttle, but be assured we never pay fees upfront, we never agreed to any costs whatsoever apart from the valuations, so there is absolutely no reason for the non return of monies.

again be warned.... GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY..... you will be ripped off..
