John Richardson is the owner of Complaintslist.com. He should be under a Federal Investigation for his unethical practices.
The company is misleading and takes your complaints and posts them online without your knowledge. Then when you want to have them removed after seeing them, you are unable to get in touch with the company. They do no answer the phone and they fail to return your calls. They do not return email until you complain to the hosting site.
When he does get back with you via email, he is rude, nasty and uses threats to discourage you. He is a nasty, mean man who should be shut down from the use of the internet. This company received an F from the BBB for FAILED PRACTICES. We see why. Richardson should be thouroughly investigated. Second copies of the original complaint put on line and Richardson blames you and wants you to pay an additional fee of $199.00.
Contact the US Justice Department and file a complaint against John Richardson and complaintslist.com
