On further inspection the steel is sub-par with bubbles in the torn part
There is a five year warranty which is expired, but this is a safety hazzard.
I contacted the company and have spoken to five different individuals including the owner and sent him pictures and emails. Finally he just quit communicating with me, after I left messages for him to get a hold of me.
My next step is to make a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General and the Michigan Attorney General.

POSTED: Tuesday, March 05, 2013You apparently are having difficulty with the concept of a warranty. A warranty provides for the repair or replacement of a product due to manufacturing defects for a given period of time. After that time has expired, it's your job to fix it or replace it. Simple as that.
" My next step is to make a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General and the Michigan Attorney General. "
As soon as the AG's office finds out you're complaining about a product with an expired warranty, they will either laugh at your silly claim, or be angry that you are wasting their valuable time.
