This is a government contractor who sells computer and technology products through their GSA contracts.
What they do is buy from online resellers. They obtain credit with these company and drop ship to government agencies, military bases, etc. How they make their money is never paying their bills. When their invoices are sent to collection agencies they first deny placing the orders. Then they say the companies "double shipped". They they claim they don't owe the money because the returned the items. The fact is, none of those things happened. Their entire business model revolves around having those honest retailers send product on their behalf, which is normal, and then never paying them. It's as dishonest as they come, total corruption.
Do not do business with them. If you're a government buyer, you are facilitating the loss of thousands. If you're a retailer, run away from them. You wil lose every time. They're crooks.
