Compu-Electronics Sales Purchased GPS But Unit Not Included In Box Eastlake, Ohio

On April 2, 2011 I purchased a GPS system at an electronics expo in Charleston, SC for $55.00.  I did not open the box the unit was in until 2 weeks later.  At that point, I realized that there was no actually GPS in the box; just the accessories.

I called Compu-Electronics immediately afterwards, and subsequently about a dozen times over the next month and left repeated messages about the GPS.  No one ever returned my call.  Therefore, on May 3, 2011 I returned the box of accessories to the company via certified mail.  I included a letter detailing what had transpired, requesting a complete GPS system or a refund.

The certified package/letter were picked up on May 16, 2011 by Gena Brown from Compu-Electronics.  After receiving notification of this, I waited 2 weeks for a response.  However, no one ever called, wrote or sent a replacement GPS.

Next, I called the company again and left messages specifically for Gena Brown.  Neither Ms. Brown nor anyone else from Compu-Electronics have yet to respond to any of my efforts.
