Conor McLaughlin, aka "Scooter" aka "Rusty" aka whatever he chooses to call himself that day is a menace in Austin, TX who creates multiple listings to lure travelers into his illegal, fake, hostels. 

He has hostels named "Rusty Railway" "Casa Folk Hostel" "Casa Mia Hostel" "Uber Lodge Hostel" and many, many, others.

All these are illegal, unsafe hostels run by Conor McLaughlin in Austin, TX. He won't give you the actual address because he doesn't want to get caught. This illegal "hostel" is at 3820 Southway Dr. by Bannister Ln, Austin, TX. It is nowhere near the downtown locations he advertises. 

He is extremely creepy and makes advances on most female guests who stay at the hostel, throws angry fits when people question any of his tactics, was openly racist to the Japanese guests staying when I was there, and just generally a person to avoid at all costs. He offered us a free stay for a good review, and even a discount to leave a BAD review for other hostels.
