These people are con artists, I have had a pending claim for almost 2 years. I have had several surgeries and have faxed them all the records and they keep on requesting info. Finally, they requested records for 3 years prior and stated I was diagnosed then. I could not get it through to them I was not even seeing a MD at that time. What it boils down to they just didn't want to pay my claim that had been filed. So I had to get a statement from my MD stating the diagnosis date, even though it was on my records in black and white. I cannot even speak to someone in the claims department, hum,how convenient.
