Conseco Greentree I purchased my first land home package in 1999. They (Conseco) had my land taxes separate from my home, calming to split the home taxes with me for like the first two yrs, well they did not and I went belly up putting in septic, light pole, drive way, and lovely skirting. Tx

I bought a double wide mobel home back in 1999, at the time we had agreed on how to split the taxes (Conceco) and my self would agree.  They neglected their end and also to tell me of the expences of a first time buying experance the drive way and the septic and light pole was soooo expansave and on me.  I thought all I was to do was find the land which I did successfully.  I had no one to complane to they had moved and filed bank ruptcy, this causing me to move forfitting my first time home buyer statice.  Now fourteen years later I find (Greentree) bought my old contract and are still trying to collect on a debt I feel I do not owe knowing my first home sold for back taxes of only 5,500.00 leaving me in a dept of 58 thousand I waited patiently over seven years for this to fall off my credit only to have (Greentree) haunting me?
