if you enjoy paying premium prices for mediocre products than this company is for you.when i first encountered this company as a long time window installer i was set aback at how boldy outrageous their sales tactics involving misrepresentation of a generic product.their claims of specialized construction of materials and assembly of a product are a complete fabrication and intention premeditated lie designed to appeal to a particular customer with a home with an average home of 15 year and above average income has become quite successful.i know this for a fact because i have seen and heard all this first hand as a sub-contract installer.amerimax windows (the brand this company sells) are a decent window with just a few manufacturing flaws but nowhere near the quality that the sales persons at conservation construction bill them as.they are medium grade windows and doors at best being sold at high end prices with no region specific applications as they claim.the only reason to pur hase windows from this company is to satisfy a personal need to be lied to and get screwed out of hard earned dollars.do yourself a favor and shop around and become educated on window replacement companies and their sales tactics. p.s. dont buy from window worl either

We have been in the process of replacing our windows and doors with Conservation Construction for a few years and could not be happier. With the first set, the town inspector, who has been on the job for decades, said we absolutely chose the best company with the highest quality. That made us very confident. We have been extremely happy with the items replaced to date. Also, our HOA does not hesitate to approve all requests when CC is the chosen company.

This report was filed by a disgruntled subcontractor who was released from working for us; and that the day he filed this report our company had filed a claim against his insurance company to cover a considerable amount of money spent in repair and clean up costs due to his shoddy work. The photograph attached to his report is of windows that installed for us, and shows an error in manufacturing with regards to the sash heights. The incorrect window was reordered and changed out (by a different subcontractor) at no cost to the customer.
As far as our product; it is not "mediocre" nor is it "generic". The window business is extremely competitive, and part of the reason that we've been able to stay in business and expand our business in the last 25 years is because our vinyl window offers many features that are solely and exclusively offered to our company by Amerimax. Our customers income levels, home ages, and home values vary greatly because we do our best to accommodate their product needs; contrary to the subcontractor's claim of our marketing being "designed to appeal to a particular customer with a home with an average home of 15 year and above average income".
Our company has an A+ rating with the BBB, we are accredited with the BBB, we have had 0 complaints with the BBB in 25 years; and we have earned awards through Angie's List numerous times. Again, this report is simply an attempt by a disgruntled subcontractor (who is visible in the photograph that he attached to his report) to drag our name through the mud because he was held accountable for the poor quality of work that he provided to our customer.
