Here is what happened to me. I was called, in March of 2002, by a fast speaking person to order some magazines. I am a school teacher and wanted some bilingual magazines to use in class. I was hasseled into a special deal and felt very under pressure.

Once I ordered the magazines, I was told that I would receive them in six weeks. When three months passed, and I was charged for the bill, I called CMS and asked them to cancel my subscriptions. They said it was impossible because we were dealing with separate magazine companies. The person I spoke to yelled at me and I yelled right back.

I hung up the phone and called my credit card company to stop payment. Since then, I received nothing in the mail except the last two months(August and September 2002), I've been receiving random magazines that I don't want. CMS has also called my work everyday, at least five times a day, harassing both my secretary and myself.

I have felt very stressed and frustrated. CMS has affected my life personally and professionally. I received a notice on 10-22--02 from a recovery agency about the "debt" and the person I talked to said that he just was notifying me of what I owe. The amount is outlandish, so I'm sending a rebuttal of the amount I owe.

I feel the Better Business Bureau should put CMS out of business. The employees are cheating, lying crooks and the service is all a fraud.
