I moved into my apartment in June of 2015, as of today, I still donot have internet service but somehow pay it every month. Now Im at my limit dealing with these idiots and have cancelled the service all together. I have never deal with such lousy customer service in my life. You would think after all of the bullshit and time I have spent on the phone, they would send a technician out to resolve this. Today, I told them to cancel the d**n thing all together, the manager has the audacity to tell me that I need to pay for the shipping bill to send all of their junk back that doesnt work, on top of that, they wont budge on the bill, simply telling me that their billing department will get back to me and review.

Stay far away from this horrible company!!!!!!
