This home owners association does not realize that we as home owners have rights.  They have put a rule in place that NO ONE can visit you after 11pm at winding lakes of welleby. NO ONE.  if you have a guest after 11 its an automatic tow. no questions asked.  That is ridiculous. they call meetings and then change locations so no one can attend to dispute these rules.

when you ask them about it they tell you well come to your meetings.   They also have the attorney for the association who has all our private phone numbers and addrss have people call you on the weekends asking you " who are you voting for"  they are for the re elect obama campaign.

this to me is a serious conflict. You cant talk to the owner Fred. or he starts to yell and tell you off. This is a terrible assocation.  I have been in there lobby to hear the staff yell at older people and act like they are gods and owners have no rights.
