im a cps customer who was havn some hardships and was a month late on a payment i contacted cps n was told it wasnt a major issue and could be worked out but iv received harrasing calls and so has my family and girlfriend,cps bambuzeled me into insane interest rates as well as making my life hell for several monthes

The part YOU seem to be missing from the equation of all of these complaints is that these people are dealing with serious levels of verbal and constant harassment.  I'm willing to bet that they all know they need to pay these people back for their contracted amounts, intend to even, all of it, including their late fees and interest rates when applicable but what they are not expected to deal with is the intense and aggressive stages of serious harassment that CPS upholds as a part of their job titles.  SUBPRIME BORROWER?  Did you know that folks with no credit history at all end up in this circumstance as well and use these collectors so they can get things that others with standing credit have?  The way that YOU keep talking sounds to me like YOUR in the mind set that they should be treated the same as folks with well known bad credit?  Or that all people who deal with subprime borrower situations deserve to be treated like dirt.  Who are YOU to judge these people and how do YOUR comments help with the circumstance?

I'm going to put money down that YOU work for a company just like CPS if not for CPS period.

YOU, should probably go to some chat room and post YOUR thoughts where they actually have relevance.  YOU are part of the problem.

CPS is evil and those thugs have no business treating people the way they do.  Simple and plain.

You've made a lot of comments on this site, didn't see you say the same crap you keep stating on everybody's report on the one where the CPS person called the lady a bitch and told her they'd repossess the motherfucker up.  Why?  I bet she needed to hear it like all these other folks you seem so eager to educate on YOUR worldly wisdom.

The reason YOU have to use CPS is because YOU are a subprime borrower.  YOU made YOURSELF a subprime borrower by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time.  Nobody did this to you...YOU did it to yourself.  So then, YOU go into this loan with a reputation of YOU not paying YOUR bills on time and guess what,  just like clockwork, you STILL aren't paying your bills!  Do YOU ever learn or is being a subprime borrower a permanent way of life for you? 

You people who have such a reputation pay higher interest rates because YOU are a greater credit risk than those of us who pay our bills on time.
