consumer portfolio services CPS Harassment to the fullest degree, i receive calls from mrs white after my bill has been paid in full threatening me to pay my bill and calls will not stop irvine, California

I have received several threatening calls from mrs white from cps I refuse to speak to this woman but I have saved the messages my bill is paid and set up with western union speedpay thru cps I have funds directly debeted from my checking acct bi weekly mrs white continues to call me with very rude and threatening messages telling me the bi wkly payments are not any good also they have no record of my account ans so on and so on I received conformation through the mail from cps telling me my payments r received along with conformation nunbers witch I passed along to her and she tells me there are no records of this I explain this in an e mail to cps along with my conf numbers but to no avail. Please help I don't know what else to do, thankyou
