Consumer Preferred ripoff Tampa Florida

Back in July of 2003 I was sent a letter. I was approved for a $5,0000 credit card. All I needed to do was send a check for $49.00 and I did. It was cashed real fast.

They took until September to send me my card and information packet that said I had to buy from their catalog and that I had to put percent down first. I forget now how much.

I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and nothing. They don't ever answer the phone. It just keeps ringing forever and the web site don't work either.

I think all these people who got "screwed" should get together and sue this company. It is wrong. I was reading some of the other reports on here and we all deserve more then just our $49.00 fee back for being treated unfairly, being ripped off and also for false advertisement making people believe this was a credit card, knoing what they were doing before they did it
