Purchased a inspection device for fishing wire thru walls, while using eguipment the end fell off, we figuered it was a defect in the plastic which caused it to fall off. We had previousely purchased the item on line and also purchased a replcement warranty for this very reason. (PRT4-200 CPS) Replacement Warranty 4 Year. We sent in the part after explaining the problem, explaining that it was broken, we were told to send morre money for shipping and handling, we did and then after three weeks we received part back unre piared, and un covered, we called aND WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE CALLED BACK, NEVER HAPPENED, THEN WE CALLED AND WERE TOLD THEY DONT COVER BROKEN EGUIPMENT, WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND WERE REPEATEDLY TOLD WE DONT COVER BROKEN EQUIPMENT....?
