Consumer Reports Magazine Unclear about mail subscription not containing on line subscription and Cancellation Info. Yonkers New York
On initial subscription card by mail it is not clear that it does not include the on line access as well.
Upon calling about problem I was told it was extra and I had to pay for that above the print edition. Would not let me change type of subscription or refund fpr print and order on line.
