Continental Auto Rescue Aka Capital Choice ripoff business from hell Florida

It has happened again, just when I thought I was safe. Capital credit something or other called me a year ago, I gave them (and boy do I feel stupid) my checking account number for a 'trial period' to look at the possibilities of receiving a credit card.

All heck broke lose as one by one various companies began to deduct from our bank. I found out when I recieved the bank statement, which only comes every two months, too bad for me it was too late. Still, I filled out the forms, and tried to get the money back, much more than the 19.99. Now a place called Continental Auto Rescue has just withdrawn $99.00 from our account yesterday, I said it was fraud I don't know who they are, they said they would call me back.

I called today and they said there was nothing they could do about it. WHAT! I told them it was out right fraud, if I did something like this I would be thrown in jail. They said I should change my account number but I have checks out that will bounce if I do. I am so mad I could spit, but what can I do? I want to ring the necks of these rip off's.

I want my money back from last year, yesterday and the grief they have caused. What to do??? I can't believe that people are getting away with this, I thought that fraud was a crime. Come on someone has got to do something right? Mad in Washington State. Not going to put up with this any longer.
