Continental Communities Robert Fitzerald false advertising oak park Illinois

Relatives of mine once bought a mobile home in a park in Milwaukee county, owned by Continental Communities. They claimed the park to be quiet and didn’t allow motorcycles, and ‘undesirables’. So when they moved in they expected it to be like that.

But after being there a few days they found out it wasn’t. There were loud motorcycles going in and out at all hours of the night, people who were on drugs, drunk, and fought all the time.

There was no way they could stay there with all that going on, left and put the home up for sale. When my relative complained, they got mad and tried to keep the sale quiet from them when the mobile home they were in sold, and also tried to say they said the park was dirty, which none of them did.

But of course you are going to complain when something isn’t as they say it is and you spend all that money to live somewhere. What do they expect?
