CONTINENTAL FINANCE COMPANY unarthorized payments from my account!! NEWARK Delaware

Continental Finance Company is a ripoff credit card company. They have made 2 unarthorized debits from my account and each time I called them about it they gave me the run arounds.

The customer service reps are rude and very dishonest, they don't care about your feelings or your account.

The customer service department is a joke, I called them today on 11/11/07 to see why they took a payment out without my saying so and the "csr" told me to contact my bank because it was their fault and not theirs. Immediately I went off! I was like why would I need to contact my bank it's not their fault it's your company's fault and I want something done about it! and all she could say was "contact your bank" I hate this company and what they stand for. It's not fair that they get to rip people off for no reason at all. Something should be done about this, so that others won't suffer like I did.
