Then the delivery had to be postponed because of the extra $600 charge that i was not prepared for. Delivery was to be on 3/30. I sent an email and called and left a message confirming the 3/30 delivery. 3/30 rolls around and still no stuff. I finally reach someone and they tell me it would not be until after 4/4 because the drivers were on another delivery. 4/4 rolls around and no stuff, i call back and am told between 4/11 and 4/15. At this point i need a date so i can try to get the day off work. They say they'll call me back with a date but of course they do not. I call back today and now they say delivery between 4/16 and 4/21 this is now nearly two months they have had my items. Please people, stay away from this company. They do not care about their customers at all. once they have your NON REFUNDABLE deposit you are no longer important to them. They charge you a not to exceed binding estimate fee but then exceed the costs...and no i did not add on a bunch of items, we actually left behind a washer, dryer and computer desk so the weight should have been less not more.
