when my family arrived to our new home, i called to make sure the date and how much we owed. they put me on hold saying they will get a hold of the driver to find out that information for me. after a while they came back saying they could not get ahold of the driver and will be in touch when the driver calls them back. after a week of this run around they finally told me that my stuff is being loaded on a truck and will be on its way..
on the contract the expected date of delivery in by April 25th, 2012. That happens to be today and still nothing.. we got a voicemail from one of the ladies saying something happened with the truck and our stuff wont be delivered till may 15, 2012
i will not recommend this company to anyone. they are giving the real continental van lines a very bad rep.
